She Loves Hair Salon Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We understand that life happens, and plans can change. However, to respect the time of our stylists and other clients, we have a 48-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy.

  • Cancellations or changes made with 48 to 24 hours' notice will incur a 50% charge of the reserved service amount.

  • "No-shows" or cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.

While we empathize with life's unexpected circumstances, last-minute cancellations impact our business and our ability to accommodate other clients. To be fair to everyone, this policy applies to all appointments, regardless of the reason.

She Loves Hair Salon – Refund & Adjustment Policy

At She Loves Hair Salon, we are committed to providing high-quality services, custom results, and a luxury experience. Due to the nature of our services, all sales are final.

NO REFUNDS

Refunds are not given once a service has been completed.

• Once a service is performed, time, product, and professional expertise have been fully invested, and these costs cannot be recovered.

• This applies to all hair services, color services, extension services, and specialty services.

ADJUSTMENT POLICY

• If you are not satisfied with your service, we are happy to offer a complimentary adjustment within 10 days of your original appointment.

• Adjustments must be scheduled with the original service provider, when possible.

• Adjustments are limited to correcting the original service and do not include changes of mind, new inspiration photos, or a different result than what was originally agreed upon.

NOT ELIGIBLE FOR ADJUSTMENTS

Adjustments will not be provided if:

• You simply change your mind about the service.

• You do not follow aftercare or home-care instructions.

• You have your hair altered by another salon or stylist after your appointment.

• The concern is reported after 10 days from the original service date.

EXTENSIONS & RETAIL

Hair extensions, installation services, and retail products are final sale.

• No refunds or exchanges on extensions once ordered, installed, or used.
